FossilCore Free is designed for personal collections without registration. PRO and Institutional use licensing to unlock advanced capabilities in the same application and collection format. Version updates are included with paid licenses.

Current public availability: this website package is prepared for launch, but the public download and checkout URLs have intentionally been left blank. Once the Cloudflare R2 Free download and Lemon Squeezy products are ready, adding the Free, PRO, Institutional one-time and Institutional yearly URLs to
assets/js/site-config.js activates these buttons.How paid activation works
PRO and Institutional licensing is designed so that a successful license activation determines the edition, while FossilCore's centralized feature manager controls the available capabilities.
Purchase
The customer purchases a paid edition through the FossilCore checkout powered by Lemon Squeezy.
Activate
The customer receives a license key and enters it in FossilCore's License Management window.
Work offline
After successful activation, FossilCore uses protected local license state and performs occasional online validation rather than requiring a connection at every launch.
Your collection is not tied to an edition. Changing from a higher edition to a lower edition does not delete collection records. FossilCore preserves higher-edition data according to the feature's downgrade behavior.
